Villagers running away from TNT

Villagers should run away from TNT and stay at least 15 blocks away from it,, whenever TNT is set off, villagers will run an extra 4 blocks away from it, making it 19 blocks away, or at least just make them run away far from the blast radius of the TNT in order to avoid damage.
Villagers should run away from Players holding TNT at least 2-5 blocks away from the Players.
