[Launcher] Ability to have set aspect ratios when you launch the client

Save having to use a seperate website, on the launcher have it so that we can set the clients resolution to be a certain aspect ratio (say 4:3 or 16:9) as my currect device isnt a 16:9 resolution and it would make things a lot easier to do if it had an auto 16:9 resolution
