Command Priority System (For Functions)

I think an optional priority que should be added for functions. A number would prepend the command with a number marking the priority of the command [priority lowering with higher numbers].

 

Example Function:

0: say I'm first

1: say I'm second

.

I believe this should be added because the order commands are executed in functions aren't really in order, and that can be a pain when creating functions.
