Rare mobs

I think it there is rare mobs level 1 2 3 and 4 level one it would have iron armor and a wooden sword level two would have leather armor but a diamond sword or if it was a skeleton it would have a have a power bow level three it would have resistance one and strength to and would have iron sword half diamond armor on the top half leather armor on the bottom and level four mob would have a diamond sword half in the middle it would be diamond armor on the top and the bottom it would be iron armor and it would have strength five resistance 4 speed 2 jump - 3 this should only be possible in hard mode
