capybara

capybara are a peaceful mob found in wetlands and can be tamed with grass. when killed they drop lily pads. they can be breed with lily pads. when the baby capybaras grow up they drop webbed feet which can be used to make flippers, which speed up you're swimming speed.

    capybara does not appear only in swamps, here in Brazil where it is very common it appears in almost all rivers from urban areas to Atlantic forest

    Cool idea, but I think it should spawn maybe in some other areas too, Swamp maybe? But I love capybaras, so you got my vote!

    Maybe add effect of chill (what capibaras are know for), which affects mobs around it, making them non-agressive.

    Greta idea, capybaras are my favourite ideas, and I'd love to see them spawning in biomes such as the swamp or jungle. :)

    My idea is that they could reproduce using melon. There could also be events where parrots land on their heads mimicking famous pictures. They could swim with their babies on mangrove swamps.

    You shouldn't kill them for drops, though: There's a real problem with hunting them for their skin.

    Make capybaras to normally spawn within a group, since they are very social animals they normally are sorrounded by more animals/capybaras.

    Also native groups from latin america (mostly from brasil and venezuela) used to hunt them for their meat and fur maybe they could add capybara (carpincho) meat to the game, it's not cruel, it's a common plate. There is also a plate here in argentina and sorrounding areas called milanesa (it's just breaded meat with an unique way of cooking it) maybe moyang could make a tribute to latin america and when a capybara (carpincho) drops its meat, we (the players) could cook it either as base meat or mix it with bread in a crafting table to make milanesas!!!!
