put the command block in the creative inventory!

hi, I propose that you put the command block and also the structure block in the creative inventory, you could put it in the reestone zone, I don't think it's very difficult to put them.

    This shouldn't be implemented as some servers have regular players in creative mode for building or something, and they shouldn't all be given access to cheats (which is what command blocks effectively do).

    Only when you are OP or cheats are enabled.
