Polar Bear Liver

Polar Bears should have some drop. I'm not saying it should be a GOOD drop, but what if Polar Bears dropped Polar Bear Livers, which are in fact poisonous to humans upon consumtion in real life.

Polar Bear Livers in Minecraft upon consumtion should give the player a wither effect (Not poison, because poison the player can survive from). This wither effect should be the same length given from the wither. Not deadly if you have full health, but will kill you if you are low enough on health.

Now this is not actually USEFUL, but it could teach a lot of people about the dangers of Polar Bear Liver, which goes with what Mojang have been trying to do recently, teach us about real life animals.
