Revert "fix" of MC-159472 (Trees spawned from saplings can have bee nests)

Snapshot 19w35a introduced a fix for the aforementioned bug and trees grown from saplings can no longer spawn bee nests. It appears that this fix was made solely because it breaks existing automated tree farm designs. Please consider reverting this change as I (and I believe many others) would like to have bees spawning in their existing worlds/servers without having to travel potentially thousands of blocks to generate new chunks, and the people who build automated tree farms can simply rebuild their contraptions in a biome where bees do not spawn.

If maintaining compatibility with existing piston devices is important, perhaps pistons could simply destroy/drop the bee nest as an item when trying to push it?

    Please let new trees have honey nests. Otherwise it's impossible to have bees in an existent server world that was updated to 1.15.
