Give the ability to toggle the tutorial

Lets face it. The tutorial is VERY annoying on most servers. Common fact. Why do I need to punch down a tree when i'm playing on some kitPvP server? How? Other people may be veterans to the game, and they.. dont need to see the tutorial every. Single. Time. There should be a setting to turn it on or off. Keep it on by default maybe, for the new folks, but please, people have expressed they were so annoyed by it!
