Oar fish

They could be really rare to find and be passive. Maybe have it be friendly like dolphins? As well as finding them in underwater caves or ravins

    I like this idea except I would see this mob as neutral at least or even agressive. We need a frightening mob for the depths

    It would be passive, like in real life. But it should be seen hanging vertically and snatching any cod that swims over it and eat it. It should also move up and down not forward or back ward. Mabey if you killed it, it would drop Raw Oarfish, and it can be diced into four segments on a crafting table, each segment restoring 6 health when cooked. I like the idea, and I hope it gets a lot of votes. It just needed a little more info.
