Bouton pour effectuer un demi-tour

En jouant avec une manette à Minecraft, il est compliqué d'effectuer un demi-tour sur nous même assez rapidement en cas de situation de danger etc... Je propose donc d'ajouter un bouton qui permettrait de faire cette action.

    Playing with a Controller at Minecraft, it is complicated to perform a U-turn on ourselves quite quickly in case of a situation of danger etc... So I propose to add a button that would allow to do this action.
