A /gamerule combatCooldown true or false would be nice

    With the upcoming update it should disable ender pearl, snowball and egg throwing cool down as well. This should significantly allow many servers and old players to prompt to update their game world and unite community base that is being separated ever since 1.9! Strongly support!

    and add cooldown to the bedrock edition and have the option to disable and enable cooldown for PvP and entities to continue with cooldown

    /gamerule legacyCombat - would be a better name, as there can be other mechanics like knockback that can change for a better "legacy" experience.

    they should do it, similar to the way they still have the old textures available as the texture pack "programmer art" that everyone has
