If you mean for this to be used in survival:
That's cheating lol. This stuff belongs in hacked clients, not in vanilla. The best way to implement something close to this would be to add an item, like a compass (which you would have to work to craft), that points to a specific ore.

If you mean for this to be used in creative:
Why? What purpose would this possibly serve?
