New cave sound: Other miner

A new cave sound should be the sound of someone mining stone and digging dirt. I think this would be a really cool cave sound to add because it gives the player a sense that they aren't alone in the caves (Not mobs)

  This would be so cool. it would probably be really confusing too, thinking someone else is with you. would go great with a cave update

  This would be even more terrifying than regular cave sounds in my opinion. I love it.
