Add a bind to hide hud on bedrock edition

On Java edition you can of course hide the hud and player hand when you press F1. You can also do this on windows 10 edition but you can't change the bind for it, and on the other platforms for windows 10 you can't do it with any button, so you have to go in the menu to change it. I think having the option unset on default just like with pick block would be a welcome addition to the game.
