A kind of Naga in the Nether

Hi

I would like to add a new creature on the Nether, it's going to be a kind of Naga creature, called Sugaar. It's a mitological creature from the Basque country.

It's desing would be like the evoker fangs body, like the evoker fangs with a reptile like body. Yeah, it's an strange desing, but it's a way to gave the evoker fangs some kind of logic behind.

It would drop a new item, the Nether Aid (The item sprite beeing something like a tooth), this item would summon the evoker fangs like if you were the Evoker.
