This fish could be added with the Black dragon fish and Angler fish. They would spawn at the bottom of the deep ocean biom. They would drop fish and a light gem. the light gem would be used by attaching it to a any chest plate in an anvil. After the light gem is on the chest plate it would emit light wherever you went.
