Add Character counter

Add a small box that help us edit when our character count goes above 1500. It would show the amount of characters that you have typed in the box. It would help us know if we need to delete a a word vs a paragraph.

    This would be so useful. Currently I have to go into another text program to get the word count.

    The character count still does not exist when you report a post or comment and add comments that are for reporting the post. When you report a post, the additional comment character limit for post reporting is 180.
