Swiftness enchantment

Enchant boots to get permanent swiftness or jump boost! Probably a higher level enchantment, different levels make you faster or jump higher. Maybe uncombineable (e.g. sharpness and smite) p.s. idk what topic to put enchantments so I did commands, comment on what I should put it in if you know)
