Creepers should be classified as arthropods

Through this, the Bane of Arthropods enchantment would gain relevancy, and this would also allow us some sort of lore or backstory to the creeper outside of "TNT Lizard". With the possible addition of the scorpion mob, this would expand the utility of the enchantment beyond that of camping spider spawners or telling your friend to put it on their sword as a prank.
