Trapped Fairy

The Trapped fairy is a fairy that is trapped inside a book in a lectern somewhere underground. When you open the book on the lectern. The book immediately vanishes and the Fairy appears. It then will grant you one of many wish options, similar to a genie. After it grants your wish it will thank you and vanish. The structure with the lectern is extremely rare i don't want people getting treasure and stuff so easily, this is just a little Easter egg to find while you are mining.

  You should be able to capture it in a bottle or a lantern.

  Allay is a good choice. I believe that this can happen in the Stronghold library with a tiny chance (alternatively, it will just wander around the library, either it will be empty or there will be silverfish).
  But this is only on the condition that Stronghold will be updated - burning torches, old bookshelves will be removed, lecterns, extinguished candles, chiselled bookshelves will be added.
