I believe wild snow golems should spawn near igloos or roam free in ice spikes biomes. Right now, there are almost no Arctic specific mobs, only the polar bear, Arctic fox, and the stray. I feel like if there were snow golems living in the ice spikes biome or near igloos, it would give some life to the, mostly empty, arctic biomes.
