As an adventure map maker, I current options regarding triggering command block commands at certain time intervals less than ideal.
The current "store the time as a scoreboard score with a command block" or "have a command block constantly tick up the score" method results in a constant stream of numbers when the gamerule "CommandBlockOutput" is on, which makes it incredibly difficult to monitor if/when any other commands are triggering.
My suggestion is adding a "time" criterion for scoreboard scores, that automatically increases every tic. It would clear up the chat for actual command debugging, and be generally quite helpful.
