Leads on all mobs

I have been a long time minecrafter, since the game came out. And I love where it's going. However, in my creative city worlds as well as any other, moving mobs such as *untames* wolves and cats, ocelots, etc is impossible. I know you can put it in a boat and a lead on that, but that is still so slow. For example, in my humane society I can't take dogs on walks unless I tame them. Which is obviously not what I want to do. So please make it possible so you can put a lead on ANY minecraft mob; tamed or NOT.

    как мне кажется это будет даже логичней ведь это поводок а значит он должен привязывать не только нескольких мирных мобов он должен привязывать всех мобов

    This is an excellent idea; it would also help with making adventure maps. Mobs like Ghasts could be made to stay in one place for certain sections of the map.
