Velocity variable in commands

In many cases of commands we use thing such as “@e[type=bat]” and things like that, though I love what we currently have access to I’d also like to see a velocity variable. For example you could test for any players running at high speeds by using the command “/testfor @a[v=5]” I think this could be used in a variety of ways

  this selector should target all players who are moving
