Elder Guardians drop Nautilus Shells

As of 1.14, the only reason to kill elder guardians is for sponges (and to prevent mining fatique), which aren't entirely exclusive as sponge rooms in monuments exist.

Adding Nautilus shells to their loot table would aid the player with building a conduit, which is very useful nearby monuments.

All three elders killed should not give you the full 8 you need, as that would make it too easy to get a conduit. Possibly 1 per guardian, potential 1 added if the player has looting (no more than one),
