Wither Fossils

I feel like a good and rewarding structure to find in the Nether is Fossils made from Wither Bone Blocks. It would add a sense of exploration and a reason to go into the Nether much more often. The Fossil itself would have a 20% chance to have a few gold blocks trapped within the ribcage, encouraging players to explore the Nether EVEN more. The Wither Bone Blocks would be nice decorations, and be made out of 9 wither bones in a Crafting table. Wither Bones would replace the boring and average bones the Wither Skeleton drops. It could be used in a crafting table to make Wither Dust. The dust could be used as Bone meal for Nether warts or any further Nether plants to be added. The dust can also be used to make a potion of Withering Resistance. While that potion seems overpowered, it would only last a short amount of time as a good drawback. To conclude, I think Nether Fossils, and Wither bones in general would be an amazing addition to Minecraft as it makes the Nether more worth visiting to get new decorations, a new potion, and a great way to get more nether warts for potions.

    I had thought of wither bones too, such a great idea. I think that you should also be able to make wither bone swords, low durability but have a chance of inflicting wither effect

    Maybe instead of wither skeletons dropping STONE swords, because you should probably have something much better by the time you come across wither skeletons, they could drop wither bone swords. Thanks to LordBlaze64 for this idea's inspiration.

    i think that wither dust would be beter as an ingrediant to a potion of dacay(unobtainable bedrock exclusive for now)

    What if you could mix wither dust with a poison potion to create the potion of decay(inspired by pedro kleins idea). Then, putting iron nuggets into a crafting table makes iron dust. The iron dust is used to make a potion of resistance. Wither dust + Resistance potion = Wither Resistance potion! It's PERFECT!

    Oooo! This is perfect! Especially if you combine this with the new update. There could be suspicious soul sand or soil that holds different kinds of ancient artifacts within the Nether. Maybe even an egg for a new mob like the Sniffer but with a different or similar purpose. There could be ancient plants hidden in soul sand, only accessible through this new mob. I had the thought that an ancient fruit that offers fire resistance would be nice. Or, from the registered user above me, wither resistence. It would be a new food source in the Nether that offers a reason to get it instead of just picking steak or other crops that are easier to get.
