block editing and mob editing

I was wondering if you can add a feature that allows you to change how a block looks and acts

like a command so you can change the color of a wood log or a color of an ore so you can add more detail to your world.

also the ability to change a mobs behavior and look.

and yes I know that addons do exist but sometimes addons are bad and don't give you what your looking for
