Command Block failed condition

There is a condition that runs when this condition succeeds. If it fails it will be simpler to send the failed message if it comes to the failed condition property, we would appreciate all sorts of unconditional action.

    Totally need this! It allows for previously impossible contraptions while radically simplifying existing ones. Just because this doesn't have a lot of votes doesn't mean we don't need it; it's just that no one realizes how much we do.
