Slim Hostile Mobs (Zombies, Drowned, Husks, etc.)

I just thought about the fact that Alex, has slim arms, and there wouldn't have been only males before Steve/Alex arrives at the world of minecraft, Just a thought, make any hostile mob look like they have slim arms. Adds more realism to the game, small suggestion but great detail.
