Texture/Data Pack Options On Launcher

It's not such a big idea, but I would LOVE to have an option on the Minecraft java launcher for data/texture packs. It would be like the Skins Option, But for texture and data packs instead. Mojang, PLEASE add this, it would simplify things by a huge margin.
