Link to region-specific wiki if exists

Paraphrasing a friend:

Currently the Minecraft Wiki in the help panel (from the account menu) always links to the Minecraft Wiki in English. Would be nice if it was customized to support wikis in other languages (if present).

Examples:
https://<region>.gamepedia.com/
minecraft-pl for Polish
minecraft-de for German
minecraft for English and others
