Multiple renderer choices

This can apply to both Java and bedrock.
Java Minecraft uses OpenGL as a renderer which can result in good compatibility with older hardware, however bad performance compared to newer rendering solutions such as Vulkan and DirectX 12. This can also be added to bedrock.
Most AMD GPUs do better in DirectX 12 and Vulkan over OpenGL, whereas Nvidia GPUs do better in DirectX 11.
