Skeleton AI utility nametag

Like how Vindicators AI change when named "johnny", Skeletons can be named something to change AI into a utility mob similar to Iron Golem and snow golem which only attack hostile mobs, only with the benefits of being a skeleton; which can have customized armor and sword/bow. Thanks for reading.
