Villager Ability to Climb DOWN Ladder

Villagers can climb up ladders, that's great! Perfect!

They struggle to climb down ladders, however...

I strongly recommend the addition of the ability to climb down ladders for Villagers.

For a small visual demonstration on how frustrating the lack of this feature can be, consider the following screenshots:

Fig. 2: The next floor down, which consists of a Fletching Table. Could the Unemployed Villagers climb down the tower using the available ladder, they would become employed Fletchers.

Fig. 3: The ladder that joins all floors of the tower. I am currently standing on the floor shown in Fig. 2.

Fig. 4: Extra reason for the tower's ladder to be deemed 'safe', as the bottom floor is also walk-able, consistent with the rest of the floors.

    that would be great. I have a custom village with a bell tower and every now and then I do a round of the village to see if any have disappeared and then i can't find half of them and I start freaking out until I realize they are all just bunched on the top of the steeple with no way down

    literally had a dozen villagers stuck in my watchtowers for many hours of playtime messing up my "villager economy" before I realized this...

    I believe villagers should be able to climb ladders, vines, weeping vines, twisted vines, and glow berry vines on their own free will, since this will this make it easier to build villages that are as tall as skyscrapers.
