Change display name properties

Useful for PvP servers, factions, etc. a command like /gamerule dodisplayname true/false would toggle the username that displays above the players' head. This is currently only a setting and not a world option.

Alternative this could be expanded to a whole command, something like /displayname

e.g.

/displayname <argument> <boolean>

/displayname seehealth true

Would display a health indicator beneath a player's name

/displayname seethroughwalls false

Would make only make names viable when seen through air

/displayname color a

Would change the display name color to green

Wouldn't the solution be to add teams and teams options to Bedrock edition? On java edition, these options already exist as long as all players these options are applied to are added to a team.
