Wolves with Totem of Undying Collar Tag

As the title suggests, This is the ability to put Totem of Undying in the possession of a tamed Wolf.

  Totem of Undying can save the entity who holds it from death, this could have some additional use if the player could give it to their pet Wolf.

To put the Totem of Undying on the tamed Wolf, the player would right-click the tamed Wolf while holding the Totem of Undying. The Wolf's collar would keep it's dye and a miniature version of the Totem of Undying would appear below the collar, like a collar tag. When the tamed Wolf "dies", the Totem collar tag disappears and the Tamed Wolf receives the same effects as the player does.

The Totem Tag can be manually removed, but to reduce the chance of players accidentally removing the Totem Tag it can only be removed by right-clicking with Shears.

    We should also be able to do this with horses and axolotls. As for other pets, I think we should be able to heal them normally with food.
