Extra Dolphin Behaviour

With the experience of being able to swim with Dolphins in person, I thought of several ways Dolphins could be tweaked within Minecraft Java & Bedrock to make them even more intelligent and exciting!

1. Firstly I believe Dolphins should (on occasion) be able to stand up on their tails and bounce around in water for a couple of seconds.
2. Secondly I think it would be cool if dolphins could do a full 360 flip out of the water and back into the water.

    Also dolphins should play with fish, flipping them out of the water like they do in real life. (Orcas, which are a kind of dolphin, do this to seals. the fish/seals do not survive, and aren't eaten afterwards.)
