Enable Save Data Backup for Nintendo Switch Edition

Bedrock on Nintendo Switch supports Save Data Backups through the online service, however Nintendo Switch Edition still lacks the feature. Like others, I still prefer to play on the Nintendo Switch Edition, and I think allowing Nintendo Switch Edition players to backup their worlds would only benefit everyone. It would certainly take the worry off peoples' mind of losing hundreds of hours of gameplay.
