Wither skeletons drop charcoal instead.

It would make more sense as wither skeletons have charred bones, not coal. So when killed they would drop a few charcoal. This is a small idea but you get the point.

    I would actually modify this and say that like how animals drop cooked meat when burned to death, wither skeletons should be able to be burned to death (a change from the current version and perhaps more functionality from blue fire) and that only wither skeletons burned to death drop charcoal. Otherwise, a wither skeleton has no chance of dropping charcoal or coal.

    A little more complicated, but I would just as well get behind the simple change of coal to charcoal.
