Particle Effects on Player

I think it would be pretty cool if there was a command on all platforms for maybe some flame particles or something to be surrounding the player. Like maybe /particle (PLAYER NAME) flame or something cool. It would also be pretty helpful if it gave you a list of particles while you were typing it.
