Tameable Endermen

If you stare at them even after they get angry and start screaming, there is a 5% chance they will gain respect for you and become "tamed". They can carry blocks for you, but if you have them "stay" for too long they will get bored and start placing them in patterns (checkers, creeper face, stripes). They can also carry Shulker boxes.

 

You can also craft a straw hat and make them wear it to stop them from teleporting around in sunlight.

    No , mojang already said that villagers don't want to be enslaved or want to work for you , endermen are no different.
