Mineshaft entry

Instead of having all mine shafts underground there should be some form of entry above that climbs down into the shaft. I think it should be made of wood with a sign over an entry way that says keep out unstable mineshaft danger. The entry way should be blocked with fences. Also mine shafts should be added to the nether
