Add an option where you can keep up the F4 menu In video settings

     A feature that I think should be added to Minecraft Is being able to enable the F4 menu from video settings. We could be able to turn it off and on as we please. This should be added to the game because some players are unable to pull up the F4 menu but still click the F4 key. It would be a good convenience to people who's keypad is broken, or for people who when, they press F4 nothing pops up.
