(Java) An In-Game Recording System for Bug Tracking

For me at least when ever I have a video I want to upload to the bug tracker it always goes over the limit to where I can only upload like 5 second videos. I even got a comment saying that my video didn't work for them. So I'm suggesting an in-game button to record about 30 seconds to a minute of gameplay so that can work with the bug-tracker website. It can go in a folder called recording. This could help Mojang see other peoples prospective on what the bug is and doing. It will also help people that don't have or can't afford a recording software.
