Freed Enderman

Enderman in my opinion are one of the most interesting mobs in minecraft in my opinion, but how about adding a new variation of enderman. It would be called a "freed enderman" they would be white with green eyes and can be found anywhere in minecraft except the end. They can pick up any block in minecraft and will sometimes make piles off blocks and weird towers or buildings. they are neutral mobs to make them attack you, you must hit them. if killed they can drop golden enderpearls which work the same as normal enderpearls but you take no damage when teleported. Lastly Freed Endermen are incredibly rare. Thank you to whomever takes the time to read this
