Add Red Nether Fortresses

Similar to the way Villages have a 2% chance to generate as zombie villages, I think it would be neat for Nether Fortresses to have a small chance to generate out of Red Nether Bricks instead of normal Nether Bricks. This would necessitate the addition of Red Nether Brick Fences.

  I wanted this since we had Red nether bricks. Such a col addition to make it feel special to find. This is the easiest thing to add!

  Make them have wither skeleton spawners instead of blazes and make them rarer than regular ones... That way they have something special about them instead of being a color swap...

  But really good idea, needs to happen!

  A good natural spawning source of Red Nether Brick would be a useful addition and this seems a great way to implement it.

  Definitely needed. 

  More reasons for player to explore Nether.

  It should be very rare structure. With lot of valuable loot (more chance for ender pearls and netherite scrap) and some unique mobs. Like Hell hounds and Hell priests.

  Mobs from that fortress should be like Pillager equivalent for Nether. They terrorise Piglins community.  They turn Piglins in to Zombified piglins. If they see open portal to overworld - they go through it. These mobs like evil owners of Nether. Nether once was a beautiful world - but evil corrupted it. Ancient debris is all left of that world.

  Maybe these should be special for Crimson and Warped Forests.
