(Mountain Boss) Black Bird of Chernobyl-like

This would be something like the Black Bird of Chernobyl

It only spawns in mountainous regions after you defeated the Wither and Elder Guardian this mob drops an item of either 15 Radioactive Substances that can be used for a potion of Radiation Sickness that is much worse than Wither II holding the item in your inventory will give you Poison 3 until the item is dropped it can be used to also make the same effect on a sword arrow or tool or it can drop 5-12 Eyes of Ender
