Make Golems less useless during raids
Previously, I suggested that guard villager be added, but it was quickly shot down as villagers would rather die than pick up a sword and defend themselves, according to Mojang.
Since Pillagers have a waaay higher advantage in these encounters, Golems should be made stronger to compensate. When Iron Golems were originally added, they were clearly stronger than everything they could encounter, and thus the villages were safe, but with the introduction of raids, all it takes is 3 or 4 Vindicators to dismantle an Iron Golem in a few seconds, and without extreme player intermission, raid parties will wipe out a village with little to no resistance.
In one way or another, whether it be increased damage or increased health (or something else) Iron Golems should stand more of a chance against their new enemies. Maybe similarly to the Ravager and Evoker, Golems could have 'special attacks' that help them out during combat. Another change that could be made is that extra Golems could spawn during raids, since most of the time villages have only a single Iron Golem which just isn't enough to fight the 50 or so enemies that spawn in the duration of the raid.
