Currently, in Java Edition, light sources do not appear very bright. In Bedrock Edition, light sources appear brighter and they 'pop' even during the day. Light sources in Java Edition should be made to appear brighter like how they appear in Bedrock edition to make them 'pop' more and appear more realistic.
